The Algarve offers good waves year-round. The biggest swells hit the coast in winter and spring. Due to the variety of surf spots on the west and south coast, ideal conditions for surfers of all levels can be found year-round.
Good surf spots nearby are for example Arrifana, Monte Clerigo (about 5minutes by car), Amoreira, Carrapateira, Amado, Odeceixe, Monte Clerigo and a couple of spots around Sagres.

Internet access (by WLAN) is free as long as you are not downloading the latest movies, so bring your notebook with you!
In the distance of approximately 15 minutes on foot there is a restaurant, a bar, a disco and a little supermarket.
If
you still have enough energy to party at night or just want to go out
somewhere new, you can go to Lagos, a picturesque little town with a
lot of restaurants, bars and discos. The driving time is about 30
minutes.
